What is the fiesta?

The Blooming Ladies Co-op Fiesta is one-of-a-kind opportunity for small *female-owned businesses to showcase their unique products and services to you in-person. We will also be having a virtual tradeshow and Marketplace. The aim of the virtual tradeshow is to enable our out-of-city and out-of-province participants to view your products/services and to interact with our members. The vendors' products will be hosted on the virtual marketplace platform for 3 months for easy access for the participants.

As if that is not enough, there will be many activities, music and even a raffle to keep you entertained at our in-person tradeshow! Be sure to interact with the vendors to learn about all the cool things they are up to. Most importantaly, be sure to have fun!

Location: Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre; 197 1 St SW, Calgary, AB T2P 4M4

What do vendors need to know?

We invite you to come to showcase your business and sell to hundreds of participants at The Fiesta.

This tradeshow will give you a vendor a platform to make money and boost your morale through the rich connections that you are going to make as well as expand possibilities for growth available in Calgary.

Things you should keep in mind as a vendor:

  • The Fiesta is an Event intended to support female-owned businesses, and we require that a female representative from your (completely or partially) female-owned business will be present on the day of the event.
  • As a vendor, your products will be hosted on the virtual marketplace platform for 3 months for free.
  • Suggested arrival time for set up: TBA
  • Size of tables: 6ft  
  • Tablecloths would not  be provided
  • Vendor fee/per table: $150
  • Maximum number of tables per vendor = 3
  • Internet access available
  • Please let us know by August 14th if you need a power source or power cable for the event.

What do virtual vendors need to know?

Do I have to pay to attend as a participant?

No.The event is free! Come as you are. Be sure to interact with the vendors and get some food while you are here. Don't forget to sign up as a participant and buy a food voucher. Be sure to share your experience on social media!

Where do I pay to register as a vendor?

Please note that all vendor registrations and payments must be collected by August 21 at 11:59PM MDT for a vendor to have completed their registration process.
